Made Suarnaya has 8 years experience in a 5-star hotel as a waiter and food and beverage Manager he also has over 10 years experience in Cruise Line as assistant waiter and Chef De Rang in Renaissance Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruise Line, after he finished working on cruise line he works as Instructor at Monarch Dalung 2013 – 2014. Presently, he works as an Operational Manager at PT. Ratu Oceania Bali to control the operation of the office running the procedure.

Operational Admin Supervisor
Ike is an operational Admin Supervisor of PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali who maintain the operational and paperwork running as per the procedure. Before this position, she was a Human Resources for 1 year and Disney Cruise Line Scheduler of PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali for almost 4 years who did communication with the principal regarding the departure schedule of the crew. Ike was graduated from Warmadewa University and holds Magister of Linguistics. Not forgetting her position as a mother, she loves to spend her free time with his beloved son.

He was graduated from Airlangga University and holds Bachelor of Laws, who then had the opportunity to join PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali since 2011 as a Scheduler which is guided directly by the President Director of PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali, Mr. Nyoman Sudiartawan. Working on Cruise Line Agency is certainly a new challenge as a Bachelor of Law, but thanks to the guidance of someone who is very experienced in the world of tourism and Cruise Line, now he is able to participate in forming successful people through PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali for almost 8 years. Not forgetting his hobby of cooking he often invites PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali to cook together as a venue for creativity and cohesiveness of PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali team.
